  • We are recruiting an Event & Digital Communication Manager for one of our key clients, a well-established company in the Leventina region .

    MANSIONS

    • Planning, organizing, and coordinating corporate events, hospitality, and promotional activities
    • Comprehensive management of event-related activities: timing, operational checklists, vendors, setups, and logistics supervision
    • Coordinating the reception of sponsors, partners, VIP guests, and clients during events and dedicated activities
    • Supporting the management of hospitality activities, including invitations, RSVPs, credentials, seating plans, and post-event follow-ups
    • Collaborating with the marketing, sales, and communications departments to ensure consistency and quality of initiatives
    • Creating and overseeing digital content for the website, newsletters, and corporate social media channels
    • Coordinating photographers, videographers, and external vendors for multimedia content production
    • Preparing copy, informational materials, and promotional content related to events
    • Management and updating of contact databases, CRM systems, and participant lists
    • Monitoring of event progress and drafting of final reports with results analysis and improvement proposals
    • Operational support during evening events, weekends, or special days
    • Management of operational priorities and timely resolution of any organizational issues
     

    HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

    • Ideally 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles related to events, hospitality, operational marketing, or digital communications
    • Excellent organizational and operational coordination skills
    • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of the key aspects of event planning and guest management
    • Native Italian speaker 
    Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is a plus
    • Excellent digital skills and familiarity with communication tools, social media, and CRM
    • Knowledge of key Office tools and collaborative platforms
    • Precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail
    • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
    Flexible schedule and willingness to participate in events, including evenings and weekends
    • Familiarity with digital communication and ability to promote events and activities through effective content
    • Experience in the events, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or sports sectors is preferred
    • Preference given to candidates residing in areas near the workplace or those willing to relocate
