On behalf of one of our major clients, a prestigious industrial company based in the Mendrisiotto region, we are looking for a

SECURITY GUARD – SECURITY OFFICER

Work location: Mendrisiotto
Contract: permanent
Start date: as soon as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee will join the company's security department and will be responsible for protecting people, property, and company premises.

Specifically, the person will be responsible for:

• ensure the inspection and monitoring of goods, areas, and motor vehicles;

• monitor access and the movement of people within company premises;

• ensure surveillance of the perimeter and company premises;

• manage the operations center and its security and alarm systems;

• monitor and manage any reports or unusual situations;

• respond promptly in the event of an alarm, including as part of on-call services;

• operate in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of security and surveillance;

• Possession ofthe CPSICUR I certificate;

• A Security and Surveillance Agent diploma with APF is considered a preferred qualification;

• excellent knowledge of Italian and knowledge of at least one other national language;

• Knowledge of English is a plus;

• strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• the ability to analyze situations and quickly identify appropriate solutions;

• reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain level-headed even under pressure;

• willingness to work shifts, including night shifts and on-call duty;

• by car.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of the position, only applicants who meet the following requirements will be considered:

• Swiss citizenship;

• residence in the Mendrisiotto region;

• no criminal record and no pending charges;

• A solid and stable financial position.
