We are recruiting a CFO ( Chief Financial Officer )for one of our major clients, a well-established industrial company in the Mendrisiotto region.

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Take responsibility for the Finance, Administration, and Controlling function, ensuring proper oversight of the Group’s economic, financial, and tax activities.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, KPIs, and economic and financial analyses to support management and ownership in their decision-making processes.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare the Group’s consolidated financial statements and oversee the preparation of the annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Plan and direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, while continuously monitoring variances.
• Manage and oversee internal and external audits, collaborating with auditing firms and specialized consultants.
• Ensure the proper administrative, accounting, and tax management of the Group’s Swiss and foreign subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and financial partners.
• Coordinate and support the administrative, corporate, and tax activities of international subsidiaries, promoting consistency in processes and reporting standards.
• Act as a strategic partner to management and ownership, contributing to the company’s development through financial analysis, economic assessments, and proposals for continuous improvement.REQUIREMENTS
• Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 7–10 years of professional experience in roles such as CFO, Finance Manager, or equivalent positions.
• Extensive experience within industrial companies engaged in manufacturing.
• Solid background in accounting, administration, taxation, and management control.
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, financial reporting, and managing audit processes.
• Proven experience in managing corporate groups with an international presence.
• Authoritative leadership and the ability to coordinate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on results and the ability to get directly involved in operations when necessary.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills combined with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• High level of reliability, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic business environments characterized by rapid decision-making processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the leading ERP, accounting, and business intelligence systems.
