We are urgently recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for one of our important clients, a well-established company in Mendrisiotto.

Remote work: to be evaluated during the interview

• Prepare and interpret periodic statistics to support management decisions
• Prepare quarterly reports and oversee the preparation of the group's consolidated accounts
• Prepare the annual consolidated financial statements and assist with audit activities
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
• Oversee the administrative, accounting, and tax management of the Swiss holding company
• Assume administrative responsibility for the Swiss operating company
• Manage relations with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors
• Provide support to management on economic and financial analysis and forecasting
• Coordinate the administrative, corporate, accounting, and tax activities of foreign subsidiaries
• Serve as a point of reference for the owners and management on finance and control matters

YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• Higher education degree with specialization in business administration, finance, or accounting
• Solid fiscal and administrative skills
• Previous experience in family-owned groups with an international dimension in Switzerland 
• Ability to work in lean business environments with direct decision-making processes and a long-term vision
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the main accounting and reporting systems
• Excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of German and French is considered a plus
