We are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for one of our important clients, a well-established company in the construction sector in Geneva .

MANSIONS

• Manage all site logistics, ensuring order, efficiency, and operational continuity
• Organize and supervise the receipt, handling, storage, and distribution of materials
• Coordinate warehouses, inventories, and material traceability, complying with internal procedures
• Plan the use of lifting and handling equipment (manitou, forklifts, platforms), ensuring their availability and maintenance
• Manage the scheduling of cranes and hoists, coordinating suppliers, crane operators, and operational teams
• Coordinate logistics personnel and the small team of direct workers, assigning tasks and operational priorities
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager and foremen to define daily requirements for materials, equipment, and resources
• Maintain constant communication with production, safety, and subcontractors to avoid interference and delays
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work areas under your responsibility
• Be a constant presence in the field with a practical and efficiency-oriented vision
 

HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

• Proven experience in complex construction sites, preferably as a foreman, team leader, or logistics manager
• Excellent knowledge of construction site operational flows and management of materials, vehicles, and warehouses
• Operational skills with equipment and lifting vehicles; any licenses are a plus
• Strong planning and operational leadership skills for small teams
• Practical problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in dynamic contexts
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Organized, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field
• Languages: fluent French and Italian; English and other languages are considered a plus
