MANSIONS

• Prepare, monitor and update budgets for construction jobs/projects, ensuring compliance with established economic parameters.

• Analyze actual versus budgeted costs, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with project manager, planning and accounting department in managing job orders.

• Produce periodic reports and dashboards on the economic and financial performance of job orders.

• Participate in the implementation or improvement of management control processes applied to the construction industry.

• Support in future cost forecasting (forecast) and margin analysis related to job orders.
   

HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Control or equivalent degree.

• Prior experience (even moderate) in a similar role, preferably in contract, construction or construction site settings.

• Excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel) and familiarity with cost control or ERP software.

• Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy and results orientation.

• Good communication skills and aptitude for teamwork, particularly with technical and financial functions.

• Fluency in Italian; knowledge of German or English is a plus.

• Proactivity, spirit of continuous improvement, and ability to work in dynamic project-oriented environments.
