We select for an important client of ours, a solid company in the Mendrisiotto area, a Junior Supply Chain Planner.

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Support the Supply Chain Planner in daily activities related to production planning

• Work with sales department to establish delivery and production priorities, stock management of raw materials and finished goods

• Planning production lines, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, low cost and quality

• Perform daily analysis of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) results.

• Manage records of production times, actual quantities, rejects, and order closeout

• Verify and update bills of materials and production cycles for various departments

• Provide support to Accounting & Controlling for production cost analysis

• Maintain production process control models that reflect current performance

• Monitor production KPIs and report overall performance to the Head of Production

• Support the IT department in the configuration of SAP modules related to Supply Chain

• Propose and implement IT solutions and process innovations to improve production planning and control

• Identify and implement solutions to reduce lead times, improve processes, and contain costs

HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

• Education preferably in management engineering (bachelor's or master's degree)

• Experience of at least 1-2 years in engineering/mechanical companies, in roles such as planning assistant, production support, time and methods

• Excellent operational skills in planning and organization

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Office package (Word, Access, PowerPoint)

• Proven experience with SAP, particularly Production Planning module

• Team spirit, ability to handle multiple priorities, flexibility, proactivity, analytical aptitude

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
