We are selecting for one of our clients, an RCVS Project Manager.

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

- Fully manage heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems (RVCS) contracts: from design development, budgeting, progress monitoring to settlements.
- Technically and operationally coordinate in-house staff and subcontractors during all phases of the project, site visits even beyond Gotthard 1 or 2 weeks .
- Develop, plan and control project plans, ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality standards.
- Prepare bids, specifications and quotations, including economic evaluation of job orders.
- Design and dimension RVCS facilities using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble Nova, Revit).
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, highlighting risks, delays or critical issues.
- Manage critical operational issues and resolve problems that arise during plant implementation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety, specifically applying SIA standards.
 

HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland in design and management of RVCS projects, especially on medium to large contracts.
- Excellent command of CAD and/or BIM software: AutoCAD, Trimble Nova, Revit.
- Thorough knowledge of technical and safety regulations for facilities, particularly SIA standards.
- Proficiency in the application of the Catalog of Normalized Positions (CPN) according to CRB standards.
- Strong operational autonomy in project management, with organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent skills in economic planning and operational management of job orders.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interface with complex stakeholders and coordinate teams.
- Native Italian speaker; good knowledge of technical English will be an added value.
- Education: technical diploma in building technology (SSS) or bachelor's degree in building technology or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications: SEFRI, SVGW-SSIGA certifications, specific training on VMC, concrete experience in the use of BIM software.
