We select for an important client of ours, a solid company in the field of construction in Paradiso, a Chief Financial Officer

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

- Coordination of accounting and financial activities, with responsibility for periodic closings and annual financial statements
- Monitoring and managing cash flows, including cash receipts, payments, and foreign currency transactions
- Collaboration with CEO in the development and implementation of corporate financial strategies
- Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Analysis of profitability and costs associated with projects in the construction area
- Managing relationships with banking and financial partners
- Overseeing payroll processing outsourced to external trustee
- Management of dunning activities and paperwork related to payments
- Application of internal control procedures and compliance with tax and accounting regulations
- Management and future development of administrative team, expected to grow to 3 people

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent (Cantonal/Federal Accountant)
- Proven experience in management roles in finance, preferably in the construction/building/engineering industry
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss tax and accounting regulations , particularly construction management
- Advanced skills in financial statement preparation and financial reporting
- Experience in payroll and human resources management considered a plus
- Familiarity with accounting and ERP software
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of German (a must)
