  • We select for an important client of ours, a dynamic and young company in the Lugano area , an Executive Assistant to the CEO

    MANSIONS

    • Managing the CEO's agenda, including scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external communication

    • Travel and travel arrangements, including reservations and logistics

    • Preparation of documents and materials for meetings, business offers and contracts

    • Timely monitoring and management of all diversified activities assigned by the CEO

    • Filter function and first contact with internal and external stakeholders
       

    HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

    • Native Italian speaker with good knowledge of at least other national languages are an advantage

    • Prior experience in executive assistant roles for medium/large realities ideally

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, orientation toward direct contact with customers and stakeholders

    • Dynamic attitude, proactive approach, and ability to adapt to rapidly changing contexts

    • Ability to operate under pressure, maintaining high quality standards even under intense workloads

    • Determined, autonomous and reserved personality
