Permanent contract. The assignment includes residence in the family's private annex, a self-contained and functional space of approximately 50 square meters

We select on behalf of a private family with high standards of confidentiality residing in the Lugano area, a Housekeeper.

Place of work: Lugano
Approximate working hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-21:00 (hourly flexibility is required)
Person will reside in the property's fully equipped annex (approximately 50sqm, with private kitchen, bedroom and bathroom)
Possibility to apply either as a single person or as a couple

FAMILY CONTEXT

• Family consisting of two adults and a teenager
• Presence of a pet (dog)
• High standard of living: behavior marked by utmost confidentiality and discretion is essential

MANSIONS

• Thorough cleaning of rooms, including silverware and glassware
• Caring for the daily relationship with an adolescent (10-15 years old), establishing trust and support
• Preparing lunch and dinner, ensuring home-cooked meals that are well cared for and respectful of family needs
• Ensure a well-maintained environment at all times, providing not only cleanliness, but also the arrangement of rooms and the tidying up of common areas.
• Running small outside errands individually or with family members (grocery, pharmacy, various pickups)
• Accompany family to residences abroad during school vacation periods (Europe)
• Giving support in managing groceries and maintaining household inventory
• Ensure absolute confidentiality and discretion in an exclusive family environment
• Monitor household supplies and report re-supply needs

• Approximately 1.5-2 days off per week are provided, usually on weekends
• Expected vacations in accordance with current regulations
