We select for an important client of ours, a solid company in the Mendrisiotto area, an Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, with emphasis on structuring and planning maintenance processes.

• Independently manage the spare parts warehouse, taking care of material availability, traceability, and process efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Design and manufacture parts and equipment using lathes, milling machines, welding machines, and other shop equipment.

• Work with the parent company's technical team to develop and implement automated solutions, including assisting in the installation of pneumatic and electronic systems.

• Accurately document the interventions performed (logs, tests, records), ensuring effective management of technical activities
  
  
  YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• AFC technical training in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, polymechanics or equivalent.

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance at manufacturing facilities, preferably Swiss SMEs.

• Experience in maintenance planning and technical/spares inventory management.

• Good knowledge of industrial automation systems.

• Strong problem solving skills, structured approach and autonomy in handling emergencies.

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with internal and external technical stakeholders.

• Italian native language; minimum English B1 or German considered a plus.

  • automation processes

  • maintenance processes

  • production processes
