DUTIES

- Select and manage relationships with artisans
- Plan and deliberate construction work
- Coordinate the organization of the construction site
- Oversee the quality of work, manage costs and meet schedules
- Ensure delivery of the constructed work on time

YOUR JOB PROFILE

- Architect or construction manager or project manager in similar capacity or site manager in company
- Experience in managing construction and real estate development projects
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and licensing procedures
