We are selecting for an important client of ours, a company operating in the Real Estate sector in the Lugano area, a Construction Manager/Manager.

Employment percentage: 100%.

Place of work: Luganese

Remote work: Not expected for this position.


DUTIES

- Independently manage medium-sized residential construction sites.
- Plan and coordinate all job site activities.
- Supervise work, ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality standards.
- Coordinate work crews and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress and resolve any problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Swiss construction standards.

HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

- Proven experience in managing medium-sized construction sites, preferably residential in the Swiss national territory.
- Ability to independently manage assigned construction sites ( average 2 / 3 per year )
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss-wide safety regulations and construction standards.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture or related disciplines.
