• Participation in complex study projects and development initiatives
• Conception and planning of architectural projects from inception to completion
• Construction site executives
• Collaboration with professionals such as engineers and contractors to advance projects
• Ensure compliance with building standards, current regulations, and assigned budgets
• Continuous development of design concepts and implementation of new technologies and trends

 
HIS PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.
 

• Education as an architect ETH or FH or SUPSI equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD and AutoCAD (possibly Vectorworks)
• Excellent knowledge of Mail, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Native Italian speaker, knowledge of German a plus
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Creativity and insight for high-value architecture
• Experience in reviewing and approving third-party plans (specialized planners, contractors)
• Analytical and synthetic thinking
• Versatility, precision and dynamism
