We select for an important client of ours, a young innovative company in Lugano, an RCVS Project Manager

Our client is a firm specializing in design, construction management and technical monitoring for renovation and new construction projects. Its integrated and multidisciplinary approach allows it to ensure quality, innovation and value in each project. It operates under the MELOW concept, focusing on real estate regeneration and promoting the use of renewable energy, ESG principles and advanced home automation solutions. It develops complex residential, commercial and industrial projects with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Coordinate projects related to RVCS installations in residential, commercial, sports, hospital and industrial settings

• Manage the entire design cycle: from concept to implementation

• Develop innovative and efficient plant solutions geared toward sustainability

• Draw up feasibility studies, plant schematics, and thermotechnical calculations

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers

• Supervise the technical execution of the work and ensure its quality

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for optimal implant integration

• Manage the resources involved and serve as a point of reference for the client
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Mechanical, Energy or Plant Engineering (SUP, ETH or equivalent)

• At least 3 years' experience in the design and operation of RVCS facilities

• Skills in the use of AutoCAD and Revit

• Knowledge of Swiss regulations in the plant and energy sector

• Excellent command of the Italian language; knowledge of German, English or French is a plus

• Problem solving aptitude, leadership and team management skills

• Accuracy, autonomy and teamwork orientation
