We select for an important client of ours, a solid company in the Mendrisiotto area, a Functional Analyst.

DUTIES :

- Analyze and improve business processes through optimization of IT resources
- Serve as an intermediary between business requesters and the IT department
- Draft functional documentation and user manuals
- Collaborate with external consultants to implement projects


YOUR JOB PROFILE:

- Prior experience of at least 4-5 years in the role
- Knowledge of SQL and Database tools
- Experience on ERP and knowledge of key business flows
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with data warehousing (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and propensity for teamwork
- Good command of the Office package, particularly Excel
- Willingness to occasionally travel to external locations
