  • We are seeking a Business Analyst - Credit Card for our client based in the beautiful Zurigo area.

    • Support the company and the individual business units in implementing strategic and operational objectives.
    • Targets in concrete initiatives and solutions related to bank and credit card and especially in conjunction with the application LCS.
    • Contributes his/her in-depth knowledge to challenging and innovative projects.
    • Work as a link between different business and specialist areas within the Group and external IT service providers.
    • Focus on the implementation of the topics assigned to him/her in terms of scope, solution design, requirements specification and testing.
    • Ensures end-to-end sustainable solution design within the projects and in alignment with the group's business and IT strategy.
    • Makes an active contribution to the further successful development of the company.

    • Identification, analysis and specification of business requirements (based on business processes, among others) in collaboration with different stakeholders.
    • Develop and assess conceptual solution variants taking into account economic efficiency, quality, risks and strategic requirements.
    • Solution design of holistic solutions in cooperation with the technical specialists.
    • Supporting the process owners in the analysis and (further) development of business processes within the framework of membership in the process teams.
    • Creation of delivery objects of business analysis and requirement engineering, such as context and process diagrams and use cases. (Sequence and class diagrams tbd).
    • Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the IT technical solutions including participation in release and test management.
    • Along the project phases, create the documents, such as business requirement specifications, IT specifications based on the delivery objects.
    • Target group-oriented preparation and moderation/conduction of workshops and presentations.
    • German Language - B2 level
    • Subject and methodical leadership in projects with inter-division staff, taking into account the content, quality and risks, among other things.
    • Leadership and control of the assigned tasks including the associated internal employees and external service providers within the framework of the respective project.
    • Supporting the project manager in the successful implementation of the projects in terms of scope / time / budget.
    • Active stakeholder and interface management, both within the company and the group.
    • Periodic and target group-oriented reporting
