We are seeking a Head of Competence Center Maintenance / Life Cycle Management - 60 - 100% for our client, a very important international company based in the beautiful Bellinzona or Lucerna area.  


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Establishment of a competence center for maintenance / operation of infrastructures with innovative services.

 

• Varied mix of activities such as strategic work within the Company Group and operational support in project implementation.

• Strategic further development of the fields of action that exist today in operation and maintenance.

 

• Participate in a variety of exciting infrastructure projects and special consultations in a stimulating work environment.

• Integration into a young, dynamic team and a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
 

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Facilities Management or general engineering and a previous work experience in the domain of large infrastructures operation & maintenance. 

 

• Knowledge in the field of life cycle management of large infrastructures. You are familiar with the maintenance and operation of complex structures (airports, railroad stations, transport infrastructures, etc.). 

 

• Assertiveness, communication, and negotiation skills as well as independence complete your profile.

 

• You speak fluent German or Italian and are proficient in a second national language. English knowledge is an advantage.
